End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and The Wealth Building Lab, LLC ("Rise Rich," "we," "us," or "our") for the Rise Rich mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App").

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Rise Rich mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

This Agreement applies to all users of the Rise Rich App, whether accessed through iOS (Apple App Store), Android (Google Play Store), or any other platform.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Rise Rich grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Receive automatic updates and improvements to the App
• Use the AI-powered financial coaching features for your personal financial education

This license is granted solely for your personal use and does not permit any commercial exploitation of the App or its content.

3. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modification: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Redistribution: Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party
• Circumvention: Remove, disable, circumvent, or modify any security features, technological measures, or access controls
• Commercial Use: Use the App for any commercial purpose or in any way that competes with Rise Rich
• Unauthorized Access: Access or use any non-public areas of the App or our systems
• Malicious Activities: Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the App
• Data Mining: Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the App

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Rise Rich and The Wealth Building Lab, LLC retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including:

• All software code, algorithms, and AI models
• User interface design, graphics, and visual elements
• Content, text, images, audio, and video materials
• Trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names
• Patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights

The App is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or its content.

5. Updates & Modifications

Rise Rich may automatically update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, new features, or performance improvements. You acknowledge that:

• The App may automatically download and install updates
• Some updates may require you to accept new terms or permissions
• Failure to install updates may limit functionality or access to the App
• We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of the App

6. User Accounts & Data

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

Your use of the App and handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease all use of the App
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the App in your possession
• Rise Rich may disable your access to the App and your account
• You may request a copy of your data before termination by contacting support@riserich.ai

Rise Rich reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

The App may be distributed through third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and may integrate with third-party services. You acknowledge that:

• Your use of app stores is subject to their respective terms and conditions
• Rise Rich is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies
• App store providers are not parties to this Agreement and have no obligations regarding the App
• In case of conflict between this EULA and app store terms, this EULA prevails regarding the App itself

12. Export Compliance

The App may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the App to any country, person, or entity subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes, or in violation of any applicable export laws.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rise Rich regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated EULA in the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
