Additional Terms & Conditions

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rise Rich grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Rise Rich mobile application and website for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download and install the app on devices you own or control
• Receive updates and improvements to the service
• Use the AI coaching features for your personal financial education

This license does not include the right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the service; (b) modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works; (c) download content except as permitted; (d) use data mining, robots, or similar tools; or (e) frame or mirror any part of the service without our express written consent.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of Rise Rich, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Rise Rich and third parties

You agree NOT to:

• Fraudulent Activity: Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Spam or Abuse: Send unsolicited communications, spam, or abuse the platform
• Unauthorized Financial Advice: Distribute professional financial advice without proper licensing
• System Interference: Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service
• Unauthorized Access: Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not intended for you
• Malicious Code: Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or premium features:

• Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy and applicable app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying

AI Guidance Disclaimer

Account Termination & Suspension

Rise Rich reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our policies
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law or legal process
• Continuing to provide service creates risk for Rise Rich or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data before termination by contacting support@riserich.ai. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Rise Rich and The Wealth Building Lab, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the service
• We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or technical failures
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rise Rich, The Wealth Building Lab, LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit or share through the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Rise Rich, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and AI models
• Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images
• Audio, video, and multimedia content
• Design, layout, and user interface
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are owned by Rise Rich, The Wealth Building Lab, LLC, or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Rise Rich shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to:

• First attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@riserich.ai
• Submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits
• Conduct arbitration on an individual basis only

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and international digital commerce regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Rise Rich after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Rise Rich, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rise Rich concerning the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
